Southcore Financial Centre in downtown Toronto offers indoor bike lockers, showers and change rooms for its tenants. Since the facilities are in the parking garage, they wanted signage that would brighten the area and make it more welcoming.

Throughout the year, the company hosts tenant appreciation events including breakfasts, ice cream days, workshops, fitness classes, farmers’ markets and more. In order to ensure high attendance the posters need to be eye-catching and visible from anywhere in the building lobby.
